At this local workshop held at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Traffic and Communications, a special emphasis was placed on the promotion of the PELMOB project. Through various sessions, participants had the opportunity to hear presentations on key challenges of electromobility in the Western Balkans, the results of community awareness research on electromobility, and practical experiences and challenges of companies in the electric mobility sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The opening part of the workshop included welcomes from relevant stakeholders, while the second session was dedicated to a detailed presentation of the PELMOB project itself. This provided an opportunity for participants to better understand the goals and mission of the project. During the opening ceremony of the PELMOB laboratory and the formal establishment of the Academic Network for Electromobility, the focus was on a collective effort to promote electromobility within the academic community. This approach contributed to raising awareness of the PELMOB project among experts, researchers, and industry representatives present at the workshop. The opening of the PELMOB laboratory and the establishment of the Academic Network signify a significant step towards enhancing research and development capacity in the field of electromobility. These events lay the foundation for long-term collaboration and further progress in electromobility in the region.
